Today I went on a quest to find some furniture buried under all the paper and books.
Here are the Before, During and After pictures. Joel, if you're reading, try not to faint and bump your head sweetie.
Exhibit A:
It's very sad to say that it has looked like this since December.
Exhibit B:
Exhibit C:
Verdict: Something must be done about it. Today.
During my cleaning frenzy, my sick children discovered a patch of cleared off counter and decided to...
Apparently the popsicles where yummy on their sore throats.
Come to think of it, I should have had one too...
"No, you may not have another one."
Oh yes, the little man had to get in on the action too.
He ate his popsicle in the garage while riding around on a Kettcar.
He has a "driving school" in there in case you didn't know ;)

Although, they have been cooped up in the house for days.

LOL that was funny! I envy the real estate you have in counter tops. My school area counter top is about 3 feet long. You should see how high I can pile that mess up! Maybe I will tackle that in these few weeks we have off too. Thanks for the inspiration...my husband will thank you too!
It was Brigitta's idea to sit on the counter- I just thought it looked fun- so I joined her!
By the way I think I'm gonna go have another popsicle...
OH!!! my GOODNESS ,ARE YOU KIDD'IN ME !!!!! HAHAHAHA! LOOKS GOOD LAINIE ,LOVE YOU ALL AND MISS YOU'S ALOT!!!!!!!!!
I LOOOOOOVE your very very very empty clean counters!!! Cause I KNOW they will not stay that way. :) Good job mama!!!
Looked great before AND after! BTW- what type of line did you use to create your timeline (I see yours in the background)? Will I need it for 1st Grade curriculum? I haven't read that far into the lesson book yet. Have a great Sabbath....
gotta go enjoy a popsicle alone while the family is napping! he he
I remember what we were laughing about! Mom, you'll get this:
We were playing Tig (I hadn't shown you yet.) and then were saying things to each other in Spanish that were from that Muzzy thing. Yep, that explains it.
Beautiful counter! Now my notebooking project is marring the clean splendor. Heh heh- sorry!
